It seems that the last weeks have been shadowed by dark events affecting one way or another the course of life in several parts of the world, from Kyrgyzstan, to Russia, to Poland, now China. The macabre question, “who’s next?” probably rings in many’s heads.

The earthquake in the southern part of Qinghai, China, located near Tibet, killed 400 people and injured more than 10,000, according to the AP. Saving those stuck under ruins is also very difficult due to the remoteness of the region.
